- 2 Slice of whole wheat bread
- 3/4 cup of hung curd
- 1/2 cup of grated carrot,finely chop tomato, onion, cucumber and coriander
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- Butter
METHOD :
- Toast the buttered bread in toaster or griller.
- Mix all other ingredients in a bowl along with hung curd.
- Spread the mixture over the toasted bread and cover it with another slice. Press down and half the sandwich.
- Ready to serve.
