- 2-3 large sweet potatoes, sliced into thin strips
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
METHOD :
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Put oil and spices in small bowl and mix well.
- Slice sweet potatoes and put on a baking sheet.
- Pour oil over the fries and toss by hand until evenly coated.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or more until slightly browned and tender.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or mayo.
