INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cup milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tbs ghee
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
METHOD :
- Heat ghee in a pan, add the oats to it and roast it until it turns golden brown.
- Add milk, sugar, cardamom powder, nuts and raisins, mix well and bring it to a boil. Stir continuously.
- Keep stirring and cooking for 2-3 minutes and you will see the halwa getting thickened.
- Switch off the flame and serve hot.
