INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup peas
- ½ cup chopped beans
- 1-2 carrots chopped
- 1 medium capsicum chopped
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1-2 green chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1-2 mint leaves
- 3 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
METHOD :
- In a pan roast the oats for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly golden and keep it aside.
- Add oil to the pan. When the oil starts to heat than add onion, beans, carrot, peas, capsicum, green chillies and cook until they softened, about 5 minutes. Then add garlic paste, pepper and garam masala, cook for a minute.
- Add oats and salt. Add water, cover the pan, and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with mint leaves and serve hot.
